  12. To install the program copy the SPLITZ.EXE and SPLITZ.HLP files to any
  13. directory. Include icons for these files in your program manager groups
  14. if you like.

  18. This program is Freeware. It is provided "AS IS". The author takes no
  19. responsibility for any damage caused by this program. You can copy it as many
  20. times as you like. Give it to anyone as long as all the files in the
  21. distribution are included and no changes are made to any files.
